Home/Guest list template

A guest list template built for seating

Most guest list templates are built for addressing envelopes. This one is built for the seating chart: one guest per row, households linked, meals and allergies captured — and it imports into Tablewright exactly as it is.

CSV opens in Excel, Google Sheets (File → Import) and Numbers. Includes example rows you can overwrite.

Already have a list?

You don’t need to retype it into this template. Tablewright reads whatever columns you have — “Name”, “Guest”, “Entrée”, “Allergies”, “Household” and their German, French and Spanish equivalents — and splits rows like “John & Jane Smith” or “Sam Lee +1” into separate, linked guests.
