- Paste a guest list from Google Sheets, Excel or a CSV file — couples and plus-ones are split into linked guests.
- Arrange round, banquet, square, head and sweetheart tables on a to-scale floor plan.
- Drag guests to tables or exact seats; keep households together and set keep-apart rules.
- Auto-seat fills empty seats group by group.
- Print seating chart signs (18×24, 24×36, A2, A1), escort and place cards, table numbers, a caterer sheet and the floor plan.
